Lilian Higashikata is a Master's student working on modern Japanese literature and popular culture in the Department of Asian Studies. Lilian is also involved with a Digital Humanities research project sponsored by the Digital Humanities Innovation Lab at Simon Fraser University. Her M.A. project is funded by Joseph-Armand Bombardier Canada Graduate Scholarship (SSHRC).
